"Everything about this stay was exceptional from the service to the cleanliness of the room, to courteous service. "Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor...

"We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

"Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk. "
