"Everything was wonderful experience since we arrived. Greetings and warm welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Perfect location. Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . Its central location provides easy access to hill towns and seaside areas of Istria as well as day trips to explore Slovenia and Trieste. "I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."

"The staff at Heritage Angelo was excellent. Very nice and accommodating. The cart to take us from the parking lot to the hotel was on time with a very friendly helpful driver. Breakfast was nice with a very kind friendly young lady helping us get what we need and keeping things stocked well. Great room with nice view. "
