"Our cozy room was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, tastefully decorated and in impeccable condition. The “towel-igami” was a small but thoughtful touch that added to the charm. The breakfast area was well stocked with the standard selections. The entrance to the property was a little tricky to find at night, but on the flip side, it’s set back enough from Main Street to minimize traffic noise. We will stay here again."

"Probably the best hotel in Logan, UT. We flew out to Utah for clinicals for a week and the other girls stayed at other hotels in Logan and were complaining. One hotel had bed bugs. So I am glad I chose TownePlace. It was clean, updated, provided all amenities, and in the same lot, you have an indoor golfing place and 2 dessert places. "

"The stay was nice, but the first night there were multiple bugs including a spider on one of the pillows :/ also the tub hadnt been cleaned or at least very well. During our stay our room didn’t get cleaned at all which kinda sucked but it is what it is. The front desk service was awesome. I’ll probably stay again sometime in the future."

"We rented this house to have our immediate family gather for our wedding. It was exactly what we imagined and the kids and adults fully enjoyed the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our time together from sunrise to sunset. We can’t wait to bring everyone back together in the future. "

"This is a marvelous, quiet, intimate home-away-from-home. You can have a look at my glowing review from the previous week -- I stayed twice in two and a half weeks! Something new: remembering me, they prepared the second bed for us when we arrived! By reviewing this rental so favorably, I risk greater competition for it in the future. Perhaps I am a fool, but this place is so nice, and the management of it is so accommodating, that I really want other people to have the experience."

"This property was sparkling new and conveniently located near the finish line of the Bear 100 race. Less than 4 minute drive to Bear Lake, Golf and the token restaurant . Garden City a bit more happening but this location was great for us. The owner responded quickly and was more than helpful. My only complaint was lack of wi-fi but no where in the area had wi-fi 😂😂. Sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful view and lake. It’s serene and the perfect get away apartment. "

"We stayed in the Lower Flat for USU Parents weekend and it was such a perfect location for it. We were very close to campus but also close to lots of restaurants as well as the start of the homecoming parade. This felt like home away from home with a great sitting area, very comfortable bed and amenities like a Kuren and full sized laundry. We will definitely be back during our son’s 4 years at Utah State. "

Great Location and Beautiful Views!

"11 minute drive to restaurants at Bear Lake and marina. Just a 21 minute drive to the North Shore beach in Idaho. Peaceful, quiet location with beautiful views of Bear Lake. We had two SUVs with trailers (ATV and boat) and there was plenty of room to park. Easy check in and the host was very helpful and prompt to help with needs. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again!"

"This lodging had a very impressive view. It was clean but could use some organization in the kitchen and some improvements to the approach driveway. Rocks and big holes make it difficult to back a large boat trailer up to the house."

Garden City Condo w/ Pool Access by Bear Lake!

"The condo was clean, comfortable, and just as described. It is right next to the pool with happy children playing, but was quiet by 10 pm. All beach extras were available. The only thing we could have used was one extra roll of bathroom tissue (the one provided almost got us through the weekend)."
