Overlooking downtown Swansboro, this second floor walkup (guests must be able to navigate stairs) condo is full of everything for you and your family to relax. Lounge in the living room while planning your day on the comfy couches or enjoy an afternoon siesta on a rainy day! The well stocked kitchen will make meals a breeze and there is dining suitable for six so everyone can eat together.

When its time to get your day started, help yourself to the kayaks, fishing poles, or other items left in the storage area and head outdoors to fish or float on the stunning White Oak River right out your back door.

At the end of each day, make your way to the third floor where you will find the bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath making it perfect for multiple families!
Bedroom One has a comfy queen bed and a children's nook making it the perfect room for parents with littles!
Bedroom Two has a luxurious king bed and a graciously appointed bath with a large soaking tub perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
If you're working during your stay there is a small desk at the top of the stair just for you!

Fabulous vacation condo in Swansboro, NC
We had a wonderful stay at the Riverside Retreat condo in Swansboro. The condo was beautiful, extremely clean, spacious and well stocked to accommodate our family of 5 and dog. We enjoyed the quaint downtown area of shops, restaurants and scenery of Swansboro. It was a short 20-35 min drive to some beautiful beaches with clear, green water and powdery soft sand. We loved the convenience of fishing off the private dock behind the condo and enjoyed the beautiful sunrises. A pod of dolphins graced us with their presence one night, which was a beautiful experience that we all enjoyed. Angel was wonderful to work with. He was quick to respond to questions during our stay and was very accommodating. We hope to visit again in the future.

Nothing short of Amazing!
From start to finish, the booking process was easy, the owners are extremely friendly and extremely helpful! I would recommend staying here to anyone. The pool area and back yard leading right to the water are some of the best and most relaxing views. The Condo itself is perfect for any family looking to find a relaxing getaway and enjoy the better parts of life!

Property owner was super nice just checked on us through text to make sure we didnt need anything. Let us check out later than our scheduled time at no extra cost. Condo was super clean and spacious for our family of 6. Helpful to have strong marine son to help with kayaks. Pool on site was most fun was empty most of our stay. We fished off dock on property and caught a lot of fish and crabs. Would recommend this place highly to anyone wanting some quality time with their marine. It was 20 min from camp lejeune.

Enjoyed our stay at Swansboro! Condo was clean spacious, and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids aged 4 and 2. We all enjoyed the pool and dock. Was disappointed there was no balcony or water views. Lots of stairs so got plenty of exercise! Property manager quick to respond (no major issues). Loved the early check in and late check out.

The condo was great. However, we missed the information that indicated the number of stairs. About 25 stairs to get to the condo and then 15 more to get to the bedroom. Also, we were never able to connect our laptops to the internet.
