This unique and modern dual aspect apartment comes with views over Prince of Wales Dock from your private lounge sit-out balcony – along with views over the Harbour and out-to-sea from your bedroom sit-out balcony. Both aspects offer spectacular views, be it day or night. It has a large oversized bedroom with a King-size bed and mirrored wardrobes – large bathroom and a full-sized modern fitted kitchen. It also offers the latest 49-inch curved Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player. This apartment comes with secure underground parking and video entry system for pizza nights in.

It is located across the footbridge from Swansea Bay Beach and only a ten-minute walk over the sail-bridge into the heart of city centre. Along the way are some lovely riverside restaurants, bars and the American Jazz Bar. Naturally, you are on the doorstep to the Gower Peninsular – Mumbles and the Welsh Valley’s. The property is in a very good location on the waterfront. Close to bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the town. It is very well equipped with everything you need (home from home). Very clean with lovely decor.

Perfect base for a stay in the Swansea area
This was our first trip since lockdown. From our first contact with Philip and Jeanette and throughout our stay we were impressed with their communications, thoughtfulness and attention to detail. They met us in person with the key, gave us a rundown of the parking and access arrangements and were on hand to answer any questions. The apartment is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There were some welcome goodies and even a bottle of bubbly. The waterfront location is wonderful and its only a short walk into Swansea with a Sainsbury's and Tesco Express just around the corner. The developing docklands area is also home to a great selection of bars and resturants. As a touring base for South Wales this spot is ideal. We visited Mumbles, The Gower, Tenby and St David's during our stay - all an easy and scenic drive away. We have no hesitation in recommending Philip and Jeanette's property for a stay in the Swansea area. Thanks again, Paul & Johanna
