Castles in Sweden

"I was rather under the impression I was booking a room in the castle itself, but we were housed in an annex a 2 or so minute drive away. The room was nice enough, but I feel the advertising was misleading. "

"We stayed at the Park house 150m from the hotel. This was a house with a corridor of entrances to each room. The bad: The room was very dated and felt more like a low cost camping cottage. Room was not that clean, plenty of dust under bed, dust and spider web in bathroom etc. Entrance to the house was full of spider web on the wall and should be cleaned up. "LOVELY simple, clean room with great view. It made me calm and the bed was nice and felt good. Loved the flowers in some of the rooms in the castle. The breakfast was ok. A bit boring. The boiled eggs icecold and the scrambled eggs made with pulver. It would have been fantastic to eat the breakfast somewhere else then the celler. But I loved this place. "

"Torreby Slott Rum Fördigs Ateljé och i princip hela slottet för högt pumptryck i värmesystemet vilket ger ett ganska störande, väsande ljud i värmerör och radiatorer. Detta medför oxå ökad energiförbrukning och högt slitage på rör. Annars mkt fint Slott och Stoooort rum, men öronproppar på som vanligt på Hotell.."
