"We were there for three nights. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed some walks around the neighborhood and down to their dock. The house was very clean and well stocked. Very nice place to stay."

"I selected this property for our stay in Lenoir City for our son's wedding. The pictures really play up the property and I selected based upon that as well as the location, which was ideal. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was that both of the large garbage totes were filled to capacity and remained that way throughout our stay (no garbage pick-up?). "Overall it was a good trip. The location was a little further out from town than we liked. 15 minutes to a DG and 25-30 minutes to fast food. We were running a lot for our stay, so this made it a little inconvenient. The marina restaurant was closed for the season. If you were staying at the lake and cooking, it would work better. "Fall break for our son going to UT. We just wanted to get away and this was the place. We enjoyed the lake and home. Outdoor dinning in the area and boat rental for a day was easy and fair priced. Would visit again."

"Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. "

"Long weekend getaway with the family. It was exactly what we were looking for. The house was super clean and cozy. We will definitely be renting again. "

"It was a great experience overall. We were just in the area overnight for a meeting and came across this place. Host was accommodating and made sure we felt at home. Everything we need was there and even left us painting supplies for the kids. Place was clean which is very important to me and it is pet friendly which is a plus! Will be coming back for sure when were in the area. "

"My teen children and I absolutely loved our stay on the farm. The house was neat as a pin and so cozy and inviting. We had everything we needed and more and so enjoyed getting to visit with Jan and the horses and watch lessons. We will be back! "

"We absolutely loved this quiet home in the woods! Wildlife greeted us each night, the fire pit was perfect for making family memories!! 20ish mins back to town, but far enough to allow you to relax and unwind! House is clean and very accommodating!! We will definitely be back!"

"We had a great time at the cabin, which was actually built by my grandfather. It served as a family gathering place for decades until a family dispute required us to sell it. I miss the cabin my grandfather named Le’Arpent, a Cajun term for “about an acre”. The house is quaint, calm, and has a nice view of and access to the lake. We loved the kayaks!"

"What an amazing property on the lake! We brought three generations of folks plus our boat and it couldn’t have been better. The fire pit by the lake was magical at night and the fireplace in the screened in porch was amazing for morning coffee. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare yummy meals. We hope to come back again!"

"Awesome location and stay. Our group really enjoyed the house and the whole visit to Tellico Village. The house was as advertised and the accommodations worked very well for us. "

"Used for family coming from different cities for a wedding. Much better than multiple hotel rooms. We had 11 and there was lots of room for all. Also lots of off street parking for all. The younger adults loved the downstairs which had ping pong and air hockey to play and stay entertained in the evenings. Also nice that the main floor had bedrooms along with the living and dining areas so some seniors did not have to use stairs. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention, but...
