"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. "The PORTO & ALMIRA BEACH property is beautiful, well kept and very modern! The staff is kind and welcoming! The beach and pool staff specifically the restaurant staff are marvelous! They treated us well and were very attentive to our needs! Andrew Tadros served us and was extremely attentive and a great host and server! He is one of the only people that speak English and should definitely be promoted to manager soon! The staff was amazing overall but Andrew stood out the most ! The pool is beautiful and so is the beach area! The omelette is very tasty and so is the pizza!!! Would 10000% return! "
