The apartment is located in a central location, both the beach and the center of Świnoujście, within walking distance. The beach and the promenade are at 950m about 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car from the apartment. To the center you can comfortably walk in 5 minutes. It is also possible to take a ferry trip, either to the other side of the city or to Wolin Island and the mainland. This can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot (for tourists only as Fußpassagier or by bike).
The modern two-room apartment is located on the seventh floor in a high-rise building. In one room there is a sofa bed and in the other a double bed. The apartment is therefore ideal for two couples or Parents with two children. Both rooms have a TV with German channels. The kitchen is well equipped and contains everything essential such as toaster, microwave, coffee maker. The bathroom has a large shower cabin and a washing machine. The apartment is very bright overall with a lot of sun. In the evening you can watch from the window the harbor with all its lights and passing ferries.
Świnoujście is one of the most famous cities on the Polish coast in the province of Zachodniopomorskie (Western Pomerania) and is spread over several islands. In the south it borders the Szczecin Lagoon, in the north to the Baltic Sea (Pomeranian Bay) and in the west to the German state border.
The ferry terminal in Świnoujście ensures a permanent connection to Sweden and Denmark for passenger, car, truck and train traffic.
There is an UBB train between Usedom's part of Świnoujście and Germany. On the German side of the island is located 12 km away the airport Heringsdorf. It is only 160 km to Berlin from Świnoujście, 175 km to the coast of Sweden and 150 km to Denmark.
Due to the geographical location and the diversity of the landscape, the place offers great opportunities for all holiday activities, sports and recreation. The beach on the open sea of the Pomeranian Bay, the waters of the Szczecin Lagoon, the forest area of the Old Swine River, countless reed islands, glacial hills, inland lakes, clearings, the wildlife in the nature reserves and the Wollin National Park.
In Świnoujście there are many new cycle paths, which are the main points of the village, d. H. the city center, the harbor, the Seebadviertel and the roads to the German side to Ahlbeck, Kamminke and Garz connect. In the neighborhood there is also the perfect cycling infrastructure of the German part of the island of Usedom.
A big attraction is the beach, which is one of the widest and cleanest beaches on the Polish Baltic coast. With a shallow coastline, as well as a wide guarded swimming area and the warmest water on the Polish Baltic Sea, a relaxing holiday is guaranteed.
From the beach you can see various merchant ships, passenger ferries sailing to Scandinavia, sailing boats in and out of the harbor, towing boats and pilot boats that accompany large ships.
