The property is just 1 minute walk from the beautiful, lively beach promenade and 3 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach.

Enjoy fast internet and a new, great 128cm LED Internet TV with Netflix, You Tube channels, USB ports, etc. & a BluRay & DvD player with DvDs,
a Playstation 3 with games for the younger generation.
In bad weather you will not be bored.
DvD's, books, games, bike guides and magazines.
There are more than 80 German and 15 Polish TV channels available. Many even in HD

The kitchen offers a 2 ceramic hob with child safety lock, a sandwich maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, Krupps coffee maker, fridge freezer, sink, spices, coffee & tea.

If they only stay for a short time, they do not need to buy extra oil, coffee, pepper, salt, it is available to them in the apartment.
In addition to juice, wine, sparkling wine, beer and schnapps glasses.
Corkscrews, sharp knives, peelers, detergents and all useful utensils are ready.

Kurztrip
Kurzfristig gebucht und nicht bereut. Die Lage ist optimal, einmal um die Ecke und schon ist man auf der Promenade, ein paar Meter weiter ist schon der Strand. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, ein kleiner Makel ist die Aussicht. Alles in alllem aber zu empfehlen.

Für 2 Personen eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Tolle Lage (nah am Meer) Parkplätze sollte man sich im Vorraus übers Apartment reservieren man hat sonst ein großes Problem vor Ort!

Es war unser 1.Urlaub in Swinemünde und wir können nur Positives berichten. Von der Buchung bei Fewo direkt hat alles super geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte tadellos,sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet, sauber und liebevoll dekoriert, ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Wir hatten das große Glück, gleich hinterm Haus einen bewachten Parkplatz für die gesamte Zeit zu bekommen. Mit nach Hause nehmen wir tolle Erinnerungen, Erlebnisse und gemeinsame Zeit. Einziger Punktabzug wäre, dass die Zeit viel zu schnell vorüber ging😉. Wir bedanken uns nochmals bei Herrn Heinze für sein Vertrauen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder und klare Empfehlung versteht sich von Selbst. Familie Frank

tolle Lage, kurze Wege (Strand und Promenade)
Fantastische Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade, dem Meer und der Weg ins Zentrum ist auch nicht weit. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist ein bewachter Parkplatz (12€ oder 50 Sloty pro 24 Stunden, nur Barzahlung). Das Haus ist leider etwas hellhörig. Das Studio hat alles was man für den Alltag benötigt. Leider war bei uns das Geschirr noch dreckig von den vorherigen Urlaubern. Weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Studio...
...mit allem, was man benötigt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Strand, Promenade, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Studio liegt trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Aufenthalt war alles bestens, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Top Lage. Was ein wenig gestört hat, war die spätere Aussage zu Reinigungsgebühr und Parkplatzkosten und die vielen kleinen Hinweisaufkleber im Appartement, wir gehen davon aus, dass jeder die Benimmregeln kennt.

Wir durften 4 Tage in dieser schön eingerichteten Fewo verbringen, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief 1a! Bei schönstem Wetter konnten wir die Promenade und die herrlichen Strände Polens gut zu Ekundungen und langen Spaziergängen nutzen. Die Fewo liegt sehr dicht am Strand, gerne wieder! Sonne, Strand und Spätsommer in Swinemünde
Für eine Woche konnte ich wunderbares Spätsommerwetter in Swinemünde genießen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar: Es ist ein Katzensprung zum Strand, der wunderschön und erholsam ist. Mit der Wohnung war ich zufrieden, sie ist ungewöhnlich umfangreich ausgestattet, wobei ich dort nur gefrühstückt habe. Mit der hier oft angemerkten Weiche der Betten hatte ich persönlich kein Problem, da ich selbst weich schlafe. Ist sicher eine individuelle Frage. Einen schönen Urlaub!

Super Ausstattung aber sehr unbequemen Betten
Mini Apartment, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Küchen Utensilien sollten vor neuen Gästen auf Sauberkeit geprüft werden, da wir aber nicht gekocht haben, war uns das recht egal. Die "neue" Regendusche könnte mal wieder eine ordentliche Entkalkung vertragen. Sonst war das Apartment von der Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes ein extremes Stechmücken-Problem in Swinemünde. Da wären Mückengitter an den Fenstern schön gewesen um auch Nachts die Fenster öffnen zu können. Grundsätzlich finde ich den Raum für ein Paar, ok. Wir waren mit Kind zu dritt, das fanden wir zu eng. Sowohl der Ausziehsessel als auch das Bett war für uns so unbequem, das wir alle jeden Morgen Rückenschmerzen hatten. Wem es nichts ausmacht das Gepäck zwei Stockwerke hoch zu schleppen und als Paar verreist, denen können wir den Raum was Sauberkeit / Lage und Ausstattung angeht, uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Familien und Älteren Leuten würde ich eher abraten.
