"The room is very new, the bed comfortable, and the location is nice for airport access. Unfortunately there is no fan or air conditioning, so it was too hot for comfort. When I called about it, I was directed to voice mail."

"The hotel was excellent, modern high tech self-check in, every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, polite and attentive. Location was perfect, just about a 2-3 min walk to the waterfront. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Rooms were clean and modern. We opted to have our room cleaned once during our 5 night stay in exchange for a drinks voucher for the hotel bar (which was a very cool rooftop bar) which suited us nicely. Overall would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Geneva. "
"Excellent location in proximity to Zürich HB, and a short walk down the river to Lake Zürich.
Very well curated hotel with an excellent bar.
The only downside is that in their endeavour for lean luxury, there is no way to communicate with the hotel reception once in the room due to absence of room phone.
They could easily have a WhatsApp number that a guest could conveniently contact. As I was travelling with my young daughter, not having in-room connectivity with the reception was a big deal for me, as if I needed anything at all, I had to take her down to the reception with me, as leaving a child alone in the room is not safe."
"The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. They explained what trams and buses to take to get to where we wanted and needed to go. The breakfast offered had a variety of options. "
"Was great for what I was looking for , that is near that airport .
The area is quiet with a few options across the streets . Breakfast was not priced well and so was the shuttle to the airport. Uber was more convenient and less expensive option.
Rooms were great with a family room so overall satisfied and will stay again ! "
