"We picked this hotel as we were driving through the Alps returning to Munich from Zermatt. It was a one night stay and unfortunately we did not know that the day of our check out was the day they close for a break before the winter season. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. "This property was wonderfully convenient to the bus and train stop…I mean within 2-3 minutes. That was so nice. And it was clean and the door locked and we had the things we needed. "Considering that this is a budget hotel, Silvia, Marek and the entire team provided us with a maximum of attention and helped with nearly everything: extra breakfast wishes, flexible sauna hours, extra towels, adapter for the power outlets, activity and dinner planning, all was no problem and they made us feel welcome. A big plus was also, that we could walk to the ski slopes in less than 5 minutes - no need of bus or car. "
