The condition of the room is old. Only two yellow lights in the whole room. The bath and balcony doors are hard to close. Water dripping from fire sprinkler into carpet. Sticky hair dryer because its old. The bath or jacuzzi is old and look bad. The tv controller works intermittently

The car park exit was blocked by a linen delivery truck and the reception staff had to let us exit from the entrance. Turning around in the one-way car park was dangerous. The hotel management could have arranged a cart for the linen delivery staff so they can do their job without blocking the customers' traffic. The delivery man was extremely rude as well.

exactly what was expected and the standard was excellent. Even though there was some construction, it was an upgrade to the property and was not disruptive. Reception was great and helpful

Classic motel stay. Very comfortable.
Great stay. Quiet and comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Could not ask for more. Good location for exploring the inner west from. Very reasonable price. Slept until the alarm, cannot get better than that from a motel.
