Welcome to Maple Garden Cottage, nestled in the heart of the picturesque town of Leura in NSW. As an enchanting place to relax and rejuvenate.

Our property accommodates up to ten guests in its generous space that spans five bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. As you step into the bedrooms, comfortable bedding will greet you, a restful sanctuary at the close of your day.

Wake up to lush garden views from our beautiful deck that features a BBQ area - the quintessential spot for outdoor dining with a glass of wine. Step inside to a cozy living area with a slow combustion wood fireplace to warm up chilly evenings.

Our kitchen comes complete with an espresso coffee machine, cooktop, oven and dishwasher. For those needing to mix pleasure with business, we provide a dedicated workspace along with free Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

Please note the tariff is based on 6 guests. If you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 10 guests.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.

Heating: Gas central heating plus slow combustion fire. Firewood & kindling can be purchased at local service stations, supermarkets & hardware stores. 1 bag of firewood supplied in winter months June, July & August enough for 1-2 fires.

Pets: Strictly No pets allowed.

Parking: Ample off-street parking.

A lovely stay
A seamless experience! The house was exactly as advertised! No surprises. It was also the warmest place I’ve ever stayed in The Blue Mountain’s as every other rental we’ve had over the years has been freezing! The kitchen was also really well equipped - everything you could possibly want.

A quaint property in a beautiful location, shame that the cleaning and maintenance of the property was non existent. Nearly every dish in the cupboards has food scraps from tue last guests; windows has writing on them (clear in the mist) with toilet language; felt quite dusty. Even more annoyed when went to use the bbq and it had no gas. The water basin the the main bathroom also was clearly leaking and looked to have been some some time. For the price we were paying we expected much much more. The front door also sticks quite significantly; needs some force to actually open, which feels very uncomfortable to do in such a lovely older style building.

Cozy property with lovely garden
Property was cozy with added feature of a fire stove in the lounge. Pictures on listing are accurate and the floorplan was helpful (there are 2 bathrooms, one is part of the downstairs room). Cleanliness could be improved and we needed to wipe surfaces before using. There was a delay getting access as the host was not contactable. Suggest obtaining the entry instructions before the day of arrival.

An ideal location to explore blue mountains
This house is in a good location, walkable to three local bushwalking tracks (easy level) and only minutes of drive to local shopping places/cafes. This property has all necessary set-ups to accomodate big group of people. The living room is spacious with nice garden views. Beds are comfortable. It was very dissapointing though that wifi was not working at all during our 3-night stay and it just happened that half of time was raining. I would hope the house manager could have checked the wifi availability in advance - especially given we were staying during Christmas holiday.We contacted the house manager on arrival about this issue and got brief response promising to follow up innet, and then had no any response in the next 2 days despite my follow-up messages.

Large, comfortable house which accommodated 3 families for a short break over new year. Great location: close to Leura Mall and Katoomba. Beautiful established gardens and very private. Unfortunately the terrible weather meant we were unable to enjoy the deck, but the kids did live the novelty of an open fire in December.

Lovely little getaway
We have had a lovely time. House was nice and warm, great garden, super location. Only negative is it was not clean. Dirty plates stacked in the cupboard, dining table was very sticky, gave an impression that the house was not clean. We washed all the cutlery and plates before we used them which was annoying. Overall though, we had a nice time. Thank you.

Plenty of beds for us all, however the pillows all need replacing as they were very thin and uncomfortable. The carpet definitely needs replacing, large red wine stain near table and needs a good clean. Dining chairs had thread bare edges and the dining table was very sticky even after we cleaned it several times. The central heating was great as was the garden. Kitchen small and limited bench space but had a good dishwasher. We wouldn’t stay here again as we feel paying a premium amount per night it could have been better. Loved Leura, quirky shops and great food and coffee.
