The property is in a great location within the CBD. It’s a two minute walk to Wynyard train station which makes it convenient when travelling to/from the airport. I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times before due to the location. The only minor quips i had was the room wasn’t completely clean when i checked in. The bathroom had hair on the shower floor. After travelling for two days I didn’t have time to ask the front desk to clean it so I just wiped it down myself. Also for extended stays, it would be helpful if the laundry detergent and soap was replenished when housekeeping came. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and the room was comfortable. The studio room is spacious and the balcony is convenient to hang laundry.

Great location to the Rocks and circular Quay and the rooms were excellent. There is a lot of noise at night from traffic - sirens, horns, street sweepers, which is not great if you are a light sleeper. Better noise insulation on the windows would be appreciated.

Originally there was a faulty shower screen that we couldn't open but it was fixed promptly once the issue was raised. The location was fantastic and the swimming pool & sauna were clean and enjoyable.

This was not a good experience. The unit was old and musty. Bathroom light was not working and multiple other issues were noted once we settled in. We were travelling with 3 kids and came off a long flight . They did not have any other unit avaliable till another 2 hours for an exchange. I did not get what i paid for. I am requesting a partial refund. The pictures i saw on expedia and the age of the apartments and amenities i received were worlds apart. Would never come to this property and would urge others not to book. It is absolute cheating. I never give good or bad reviews but this one truly brought me to the edges.

Will not stay here again. Room smelly, no sound proofing, cleanliness average. Staff show no interest in guests. We were made to wait outside of building after traveling over 13 hours until staff member finished their phone call. Intermittent banging through night and day, not sure if from lift. Disappointing. Apartment was well worn and very disappointing compared to photos. Lounge and bedroom mirrors and coffee table weren’t even vaguely clean. Bathrooms seemed clean but water damaged. Bulb blown in bedside lamp. Clearly apartment had previously been tenanted by smokers so smelt as such. Staff weren’t that friendly and nearby church bells ran pretty much all weekend which was loud enough in the apartment but very loud by pool. Also, no stopping by entrance so awkward with Ubers etc. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
