The Space:
Tiny Inja 2 by Tiny Away is a farm stay for rent located East of Kurrajong close to Bilpin Cider Co. and Blue Mountains Botanic Garden are just a few attractions you can visit. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be a second tiny house called "Tiny Inja 1" that sits 50 meters away from your accommodation. If you want to book in groups, you can contact the land host ahead of time to make arrangements.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the following amenities:
- Firewood is available at the house. We charge $15 for a milk crate of kindling, hardwood, and firelighters.
- We supply pots & pans, crockery & cutlery, Shower & dishwashing soap, tea coffee & sugar and Salt & Pepper
- Cooking Facilities include: Induction cooktop, Charcoal BBQ, (charcoal supplied) a microwave, and an open fire (weather permitting). We do not have a gas BBQ

- Hawkesbury Lookout is a great spot to stop on your drive from the Hawkesbury to the Blue Mountains. Surrounded by tall trees, this grassy lookout offers views of the Nepean River and Cumberland Plain.
- Bungarribee Park spans 200 hectares and offers wide open spaces with two paved tracks, the Heart Crossing Loop and Bungarribee Trail. It features one of Sydney’s largest off-leash dog areas, the Warrigal Dog Run.
- Cattai National Park is perfect for a family day trip or weekend getaway. By car: 1hr drive to North West from Sydney toward the Lithgow/Blue Mountains
By public transport: Closest train station is Richmond. There’s taxi from the train station.
This area is serviced by Uber and taxis from Richmond Train station, if you get there by train.
Other Things to Note:

- Breakfast and BBQ packs come at an extra cost and must be pre-ordered 48 hours in advance
- Check-in time is before 9 PM only
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Wifi is available on the property, although not very good
- We have free-roaming farm animals and “Labradoodle” dogs on the property
- Please keep in mind that some areas are shared, such as the BBQ grill, chairs, etc.
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Pets Policy
- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests.
- As a respect to other non-dog loving guests – can you pick up after your pet.
- Pets are recommended to be kept on leash as livestock is present on the property
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after pet faeces. If extra cleaning is required – you will be billed for that.
- Pets are welcome. We ask that they stay off the furniture and are controlled so that they don't run around to other guests or bark at other dogs and farm animals
Safety Guidelines
- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay
- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines to avoid potential accidents on the property
Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Please take note that you might hear road noise and vehicles passing through on neighbouring properties
- Keep in mind that the property is surrounded by working farms and potential noise from neighbours mowing or working
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
