"Cute and spacious house. Right on the lake and walkable to everything you could want in Sylvan Beach. Plenty of places to eat in town and the sunsets are hard to beat. The house overall is comfortable and we never felt cramped, despite having 4 adults, a small dog and 2 teens. Lots of room to spread out, especially the porch. Only complaint was the inaccurate description of the beds. All full size, no queens. Lastly, the owner was very responsive. Would love to return."

"Stayed there with my extended family for 3 days and had great time. Property was exactly like it was shown and located very nice and beach was just 5 minutes walk. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of things to do for everyone. Giving 4 rating because couple of drawbacks - room with bunk bed had a ceiling fan which was a hazard specially for kids, no dish washer. Everything else was great, the host Rick stopped by and fixed couple of minor things. Overall great stay."

"Super nice place located in nice area with kind neighbors. Fishing was super fun right from the dock. Caught Pike, Crappie, Perch and Bass sitting on the dock. Short boat ride to lake (15 mins) on the river. Great for pontoon but any smaller boat is fine. Comms with owner is excellent. Will be back if we are ever back to Oneida lake. thank you! "

At least In laws their weekend Be fou So it could have been the past 2 to 3 people stayed there. I definitely want my money back for my cleaning Fay."
