Staff were so nice- especially Anna! All staff were so accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. Beautiful place to stay at.
Personally wouldn’t recommend over 3 or 4 nights in colder weather as it does get a little hard to figure out plans.

It gets busy on the weekend. Been here twice on a Saturday and parking and traffic is a nightmare. The foodcourt is extra busy at around 1.00 pm, be patient or be early.

This place is massive! Took my kids there to go shopping on our way back from Auckland. They even have a (Xiaomi) Mi shop, selling amongst lots of other Mi gear, my phone, watch, fitness tracker and smart bulbs. Unfortunately their prices are about 50% more than what you can get them online for.
