"Host, Salvos, was a real asset. We had a dreadful start to our holiday with a five hour flight delay and as a result our car hire vehicles were rented out to others. Salvos helped us - a party of eight - get to the villa. Nothing was too much trouble. He loaned us his car so we could do a supermarket shop. He was the perfect host. "Absolutely central position behind the cathedral. Very smart and well looked after property with some lovely staff. Always smelt amazing and was cool, which is important in the heat of Sicily. Attached restaurant was lovely. Our only criticisms are: cost of drinks in the hotel and the selection at breakfast was limited and not always replenished quickly enough. Would stay again."

"“Syracuse is a magical city. This hotel is about 20 minutes from Ortiga ( the main attractions or the historic island, ) but we needed a place with parking since we were driving from Palermo to Syracuse. It’s very easy to get from the hotel to other places, and finding a parking spot is not a problem.”"
