When we checked in the key did not work..the door lock was broken. We had to have the desk clerk let us in our room every time we needed to get in instead of fixing the lock. The key did not work for the pool either. There was an ironing board, but no iron. The coffeemaker was broken. The mattresses were old as well as the couch in the room. Most of the desk clerks were clueless. The manager on our last day did apologize when we checked out and gave us a discount but I would never go back.

Sooo, I reserved 2 queens, got 2 dbls. System was down, and they insisted on coping my credit card, and I was like no way! well we need a card on file for insedentales. . Fine let me know when you can enter it, but my credit card is not getting photo copied. MANY things broke in room also. It was clean, but the staff troubles, I dont recomend this hotel at all.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and it has changed ownership. Was extremely disappointed & will not be going back. The service is lacking. Staff does not go out of their way to be helpful. Having to ask for towels and be told they’re in the wash & asked to come back, no cups at breakfast time for coffee and tea…bathtub backing up when taking a shower and left with hair in the tub. When asked if someone could look at it, the response was, “well I’ll have to put in a work order”…we stayed two days and by the end of the second day, we couldn’t wait to leave. Very disappointed.

Do not stay here. Full service price for low budget services. No room cleaning unless you ask for it. Want clean towels go to front desk and you can get them if someone not outside smoking. No maintenance staff to fix.change out non working TV. NOISY. Pepsi bottling plant to the north. Camping World to the south. Not a standard Comfort Suites/
