"When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...

"We stayed here because it was close to a venue for a celebration we were attending. They were so quick at check in and kind and even gave us a fresh warm cookie at the time of check in. The property was very nice, elegant and clean. The only complaint I had, was they had someone from housekeeping knocking on every door on our floor at 8am saying it was time for check out when people hadnt checked out yet and I said that to the employee. " Breakfast was very good. The rooms need updating. The entrance and breakfast area have been renovated so you are under the impression everything has been updated but nope. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in should have been cleaned better. The walls in the bedroom, bathrooms and all doors were dirty. The kitchen should be updated to be more modern. As well there are only 2 chairs to sit at the kitchen table. Not sure I would stay there again."

"rooms are very spacious i had the 2 queen beds with a living are nice however i noticed the need to do some deep cleaning loke moving things around gettin underneath wiping off furniture it was decent clean but if u have a eye for crumbs dust things that some may not notice u will overall 1 to 10 i will give my experience 7 sheets were @ least a 1000 count bed was decent i only stayed a night it work perfect for tmy stay"

"Everyone was very nice and the property looked well kept. It's very convient for shopping and getting around. Honestly the only issue i had was in our room. It was not cleaned well. Our floor was dirty and there was a stain on our sheets on one of the beds. The rest of the property looked clean so i know it was a slip up with house keeping. I will say they need to keep up better at breakfast. We were there a couple days and stuff would be empty and no one to ask to refill, same with cofffee,...
