Confortable et bien situé

La chambre est pleine de charme, les lits très confortables. Par contre, je ne dirais pas que c'est un 3 étoiles dans la mesure où il n'y a pas de services sur place. J'ai envoyé 2 messages sans réponse avant mon arrivée. Le petit déjeuner est dans un restaurant à 100 mètres, ce n'est pas pratique. Un café, un jus de fruit industriel et un croissant. A refusé de me servir un thé à la place. Un plateau thé café serait appreciable dans la chambre.

Horrible smell coming from the bathroom pipes

The room was ok, not very big but it had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a thing of nightmares. Horrible, intense stink coming out of the pipes. We weren’t able to use the bathroom. We notified the hotel but then they told us that this is an issue in the entire building and there is nothing that can be done about it. Very disappointing.

Hôtel qui n'a d'hôtel que que ce nom.

Accès sur un escalier et une imprimante. Petit déjeuner avec des biscottes sur une chaise de jardin sans propreté. Une personne de passage à l'accueil qui m'envoie sur un parking (Talede) à 1,2km où on trouve des ordures, des tags et des drogués, au matin j'obtiens une amende pour stationnement.

Lovely staff and ideal location

The best staff ever. So lovely, helpful, super friendly, and hard working. Thank you C & A! Location was perfect too, literally a stones throw away from the castle and only a few minutes walk from Piazza Duomo, Fountain of Aretusa, etc. Great restaurants nearby, and a couple of good cocktail bars with nice views just around the corner too. Newly refurbished, comfortable room. 10/10

Hidden gem in the heart of Ortigia, Siracusa

This was my first time in Siracusa, and I managed to choose the perfect property to stay at! From start to finish, an absolutely enjoyable experience. My check-in was very hospitable, the staff was exemplary, and my room was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite sufficient, and tasty. I will plan on staying here again on my next visit.
