"In a great location, right by the metro which made getting around Budapest so easy! The room itself was so cool with the stairs up to another bed and we were so grateful for the fridge and kettle! It was nice and quiet every night, no issues. We used our hotel towels at the thermal spa, they did not dry quickly so I asked at reception and they gave me fresh towels no problem. The was a head of state staying at a nearby hotel and my taxi could not come to the hotel.The driver texted his location but I was unfamiliar with the location. "The sliding door of the shower kept sliding back, couldn't have a proper shower. Asked staff to fix it on the second day, didn't fix it. Only staying for 2 nights so I just put up with it without asking the staff for help again. Overall, the room was clean and the hotel was safe. Scenic spots in Budapest are basically all packed in the city centre and therefore transport from the hotel was convenient. Staff offered luggage storage after check out for travellers who have flights later in the day....
