Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This 950 sqft duplex unit is tucked away amongst the trees in Lakewood. It's only a few blocks walk to American Lake, and minutes drive to JBLM. Enjoy covered parking, WiFi with streaming services, kitchen with gas range, stylish bath with tub, personal laundry room with washer and dryer. 2 bedrooms with queen bed in each. And living room couch unfolds for extra sleeping space. Please be aware we do not have AC at this time
