My only complaint was the renovation and some of the amenities were closed. I did not know that when I booked. The hotel room was very clean and the staff was friendly

The AC/Fan in the room was broke and did not work. We were not notified of the construction and pool being closed until after we booked and paid for the stay. When we arrived we were charged for parking that was also not noted either.

Hotel was clean and safe. Parking is in a locked garage so your car is super safe. Amazingly close for a show at Tacoma Dome. Worth the price for a no frills stay. Beds were actually comfortable which is rare. Staff is top notch.
