this study of a room with comfortable bathroom and open kitchen, is an intimate and quiet option to rest, located in the very quiet area of ​​a wonderful cliff, is also close to any connection with the rest of the island.
Barbara, the owner lives in the same building, and is available to their guests for any of their needs. the apartment has included an exclusive use car park right at the entrance of the building. Prepared all over with linens and towel, oven, fridge, induction hob, and also a small pantry for late arrivals.
Tickets will be after 4pm and departures before 11pm.

There will be a deposit of € 100 which will be returned on the day of departure

Best accommodation for couples
It is as beautiful as it is on the pictures. Wonderful view, cozy studio apartment, really friendly landlady next door. Would definitely recommend.

Dejlig lys lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt
Barbaras lejlighed er lys og hyggelig. Der er alt hvad man har brug for, og Barbara er hjælpsom og imødekommende. Huset ligger midt på det stejle bjerg. Det betyder at udsigten er fantastisk, men også at man skal med bil eller bus når man skal ud. Der er havbad for foden af bjerget, hvor der også er restauranter og en lille butik. Der er en pragtfuld sti til nabolandsbyen hvor der er en god fiskerestaurant. Vi har kun godt at sige om stedet.

Schönes Studio im Norden Teneriffas
Wir hatten für 2,5 Wochen einen schönen Aufenthalt in Teneriffa. Das Studio ist klein, aber fein und als Ferienwohnung super geeignet. Vielen Dank Barbara für den tollen Urlaub, den wir dort verbringen konnten.

Grandioser Ausblick, fürsorgliche Vermieterin: ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen
Ich war 4 Wochen dort und der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Du hörst die Brandung, betrachtest von oben die Wellen und schaust auf das Fischerdorf El Pris. Die Sonne kommt ab 14.30 Uhr und beschert Dir am Abend traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Um die Gegend zu erkunden, brauchst Du allerdings ein Auto. Parkplätze vorhanden. Zum Supermarkt, der auch sonntags offen hat, sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Super bequemes Bett, Relaxliege aufm Balkon, sogar 3 deutsche Bücher zum Schmökern. Besonderes Highlight ist die Vermieterin Barbara ;) Sie hilft und kümmert sich, wenn Du Fragen hast und tut mehr, als notwendig, damit es Dir gut geht. Gerade für mich als Neuling auf Teneriffa klasse! VIIIIELEN DANK! Elektro-Heizung gibts bei Bedarf auch ;) Ausstattung top - wenn was fehlt, frag Barbara. Zum Schwimmen fährst Du nach unten ins Naturschwimmbad und erlebst die Wellen hautnah. TIPP: Fahr nach unten und geh durch den Tunnel - da eröffnet sich Dir ein beeindruckender Strand. Danke für dieses grandiose Erlebnis, liebe Barbara. Hasta luego! Nos vemos!

Sehr schönes Apartment für zwei mit umwerfendem Blick auf den Atlantik
Das Objekt liegt auf halber Höhe an einer Felswand. Nur für Schwindelfreie. Ein Meerwasserschwimmbecken und ein schöner Strand mit schwarzem Sand sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 15 Minuten. Ein Auto sollte vorhanden sein, sonst wird es schwierig. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Blick
Die Wohnung war wie in den Fotos beschrieben und hatte einen atemberaubenden Blick vom Balkon! Parken war durch zwei bereitgestellte Parkplätze auch kein Problem. Wir wurden herzlich von Bárbara empfangen und sogar mit Obst aus eigenem Anbau beschänkt! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Alles, was man braucht - Perfekt für Aktivurlauber
Die Unterkunft ist einige Höhenmeter über dem Meer gelegen, jedoch durch eine serpentinenartige Straße direkt mit dem Meer verbunden (siehe Google Maps). Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist unbeschreiblich. Man hat fast 180° Meerblick inkl. Sonnenuntergang und Blick auf mehrere Fischerdörfchen. Außerdem schläft man zum Meeresrauschen ein. Der Weg zur Unterkunft mit dem Mietwagen beinhaltet steile und enge Straßen, was an der Küste Teneriffas (zumindest im Norden) aber normal ist. Die Unterkunft selbst hat alles, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Bárbara, die Vermieterin, wohnt nebenan und ist eine sehr offene, hilfsbereite, freundliche und angenehme Person. Es ist viel wert, wenn man neben einer Einheimischen mit Insiderwissen wohnt ;) Die Fahrzeit zum Teno- und Anagagebirge sowie in den Nationalpark ist in etwa gleich. Für Aktivurlauber, die nicht viel Luxus brauchen, also die perfekte Unterkunft. Zuletzt muss ich den Ausblick vom Balkon nochmal erwähnen. Ich würde mal behaupten, dass man so einen Ausblick, wenn überhaupt, nur selten zu so einem Preis kriegt.

Traumhafter Augenthalt mit Meerblick
Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet für 2 Personen genügend Platz um einen wunderbaren Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Die Küche ist ausreichend mit Geschirr und Küchengeräten bestückt und auch der Platz reicht entspannt um kleinere Vorräte zu lagern. Dank Kleiderschrank, Regal und Freifläche können auch alle anderen Bedarfsgegenstände und Souvenirs ohne Probleme aufbewahrt werden. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat an viel mehr Stellen als nötig gewesen wäre Unterstützung angeboten. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist der Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den Atlantik, was nicht nur atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge jeden Abend sondern auch auch tagsüber einen Blick auf den El Teide erlaubt. Auch hier ist die Ausstattung mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sonnenschirm hervorragend. Ein Wäscheständer steht bei Bedarf auch zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem Hang, von dem man innerhalb von 15 Minuten direkt am Meer ist. Der Strand, sowie ein Merespool sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar und selten mit Touristen gefüllt, sodass eine entspannte Badezeit regelmäßig möglich ist. In die nächste Stadt kommt man mit dem Bus innerhalb von 20 Minuten, mit dem Auto sind es weniger als 10. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, Parkmöglichkeiten sind geschützt direkt vor der Wohnung vorhanden. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und danken Bárbara sehr für diese fantastische Urlaubsgelegenheit!

BRUTAL. Lugar mágico.
Precioso, coqueto y acogedor apartamento. Las vistas son impresionantes, parece que estas encima del mar. Desayunos con vistas al mar, cocinas con vistas al mar, noche de estrellas y sueños con el mar de fondo. Estuvimos muy agusto, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una corta como larga temporada. Barbara es encantadora y muy enrollada. Disponible para ayudarte en cualquier cosa que necesites. Inigualable estancia. 100% recomendable. Estamos deseando poder volver.

Atemberaubender Ausblick, sauber und sehr nette Vermieterin :)
Wir haben uns in Bárbaras kleiner Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, um sich 10 Tage lang wie Zuhause zu fühlen, die Wohnung war sauber und das innenliegende Bad wurde anscheinend vor nicht allzu langer Zeit erneuert. Zu dem Apartment gehört ein Stellplatz, ein Mietwagen ist bei dieser Unterkunft sehr sinnvoll, da es sehr kurvig und steil ist in den Ort sowie an den Strand. Der Stand Playa de la Arena ist wunderbar. Bárbara war sehr sympathisch. Sie wohnt direkt nebenan, wahrt aber die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste :) Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Dies ist ein wunderschönes Apartment mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Atlantik. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und enthält alles was 2 Personen benötigen. Barbara wohnt nebenan und ist eine besorgte und liebevolle Gastgeberin. Alles in Allem: Sehr schön dort. Anreisenden empfehle ich sich die Ziellage vorher genau anzusehen, z.B. auf Google Satellit. Sowohl mein mobiles Navi als auch das im Mietwagen installierte führen in eine Sackgasse aus der man nur mühsam wieder herauskommt.
