"We had a wonderful time, had a little trouble with the power, but it was just a fuse. The birds were the highlight for us, everyday hand feeding King Parrots was more than we could of hoped for "

"Had a great stay at Kings End. Nice big airy property with lovely outlook. For our group of two families it would have been more handy to have two singles in another room instead of a Queen so the kids didn’t have to share a bed. We didn’t bring our old dog but it’s a super dog friendly place with lots of bowls left out for guests and a good fenced yard. Letting agents (Professionals Marysville) were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend."

"The house was very clean. We were a bit startled at having to bring sheets and towels, but we got enough warning to be prepared. The instructions came in a strange way that was hard to read but I managed to enlarge them enough to print them and if we squinted we could work out the words. The location was quiet, with good views. The beds were comfortable. We found the light over the table not good enough to play board games, but we were able to use one of the bedside lamps."

"This really is a piece of paradise...The location is amazing and the view from the house instance relaxation...The house is old so manage your expectation but it is a fabulous house we loved it and the bird life is just lovely to watch... There isnt great internet service which didn't bother us we enjoyed the disconnection but might not be for everyone .."

"Beautiful, comfortable and warm home. Perfect home for a young family and very pet friendly. It was the perfect location for our kids first visit to the snow at Lake Mountain which was only 30min away. Would definitely recommend! "

"The house is great for large groups - we were a group of two extended families and the property was perfect for the kids to run around. The house itself could have been cleaner and we were disappointed by the small number of utensils provided - there should be at least enough forks and knives for the number of guests staying (I think we had 12 forks total for our group of 14 and there are a total of about 17 beds). Also the pots and pans were all almost unusable - the non stick coating was grimy...

It was awesome finding a property where we could comfortably fit the whole family (1 cat, 1 dog, 2 kids, 2 adults!) and a great location!"

"The property is gorgeous, with such beautiful views to wake up to and destress. I went with 3 teens, they loved the lake access for paddle boarding and the table tennis table was a huge bonus. Thumbs and paws up all round!"

The property and cottage are amazing, with the manicured grounds and animals to feed and a very gracious host, who supplied a full breakfast for everyday of our stay and even took us on a buggy ride around the grounds, that our son enjoyed greatly. Our 2 yer old son also loved feeding the animals. I can't recommend enough. We'll be back!"

"Overall 3/5. Pretty location and quiet place. However the AC unit is bolted to the wall directly behind the bed head. The noise is really loud. The water is discoloured. We understand it is from the rain water tank. But we are concerned to drink it. When we seek help from the owner, the owner is overseas…. They tried their best to help over the phone call but they can only do so much. "
