The surrounds were so quiet, the gardens impeccably maintained and the bonus of fresh eggs from the chickens was wonderful. We explored the towns of Mittagong and Bowral and Berrima and were spoiled for choice of great cafes and restaurants. We certainly hope to return!"

"We were quite disappointed with the Eco Lodge, firstly we were not aware that you need to drive a car that has high clearance (we drive a sedan), the slope to go down was easily missed, and not marked out properly. There was minimal signage other than the map and names outside the other accomodation. We noticed stains on the couch, and there was someone else's rubbish in the bins in the bathroom. The bed sank under our weight, I weigh 55kg and my partner is 78kg. Worst night sleep, the cabin is...

"Lovely, generous and comfortable accommodation. These hosts know how to make people feel welcome. Peaceful & close to parks but easy walk to main street. Perfect for us and our little dog."

"We had 9 staying at Lavender Cottage and the bedding and beds were wonderful. The layout of the cottage was good, with dining room and lounge large enough for all, with comfortable seating etc. Surrounding was beautiful, and felt very countryside while still only 10-15 mins out of Mittagong. Great 4pm leaving on Sundays. On the downside, property needs considerable maintenance on appliances, heating etc, and outdoor cleaning on BBQ and furniture. "The property is an 1870's two-bedroom house centrally located in Mittagong. It has been beautifully restored such that it has retained it's original character, but been enhanced by the inclusion of modern appliances, etc. It is very cosy, clean and relaxing. Rod was particularly helpful."
