"Great hotel with super attentive staff. Room is very comfortable and has great amenities. The checkin was easy and the staff were always available to assist during our stay. Hotel is conveniently situated above Q Square which has a great selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Train and Bus stations are also downstairs in the shopping mall. Perfect place to discover the city. Only thing this hotel could improve is their Gym, its not set up very well and the equipment is pretty bad.....

"Room is clean and very modern , however the gym is a bummer , pretty sure it was set up by someone who doesn’t gym , I.e bench that doesn’t adjust and place right under a spot light within a small padded area super close to the mirror, max weights is 10kg and dumbbell design is bad (handle bar grows with size) Staff is not that helpful in providing extra request (not that they are required to I.e help to purchase a birthday cake) but would be nice to have considering the hotel is quite nice....

"Great location, right across from Taipei main station. The hop on hop of stops across the street too. The M5 exit from Taipei Main station is diagonally across the street. If you want a room with a window. Make sure you make a screenshot of your booking and present it to the hotel. Check in floor 5, last lift. Down to B2 for direct access to station/ shopping. Will stay again,as it’s great value."
