Top Taipei Fine Arts Museum Hotel Reviews
The Grand Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this time I absolutely had to. I've been a world traveler for years, and I can honestly say this is the best hotel I have ever experienced.
The service here is truly top-tier. The staff goes above and beyond, and it's clear they take immense pride in their work. My room was meticulously cleaned and tidied every single day, and they made sure I always had a fresh supply of bottled water on hand. Plus, they offer a complimentary shuttle to the nearest subway stations, which is a game-changer for getting around. The best part? All of these fantastic services are provided without any expectation of a tip.
A huge shout-out to the entire staff—you are all superstars! The service here is a perfect 10 out of 10. And let's not forget about the pool—an Olympic-sized, five-meter deep masterpiece that is simply amazing.""
"I have stayed here twice now and will again whenever in Taipei. It’s a super convenient location with an entrance to Taipei Main station right in front of the building. The building also connects directly to the metro mall during daytime.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and tv had all the channels including HBO and movie and news channels in English. There are laundry facilities which are free of charge and the only reason I don’t give all 5 stars is the dryers were pretty weak, taking a couple hours to get almost dry. The staff was very accommodating, They were able to check me in 3 1/2 hours early which was an unexpected blessing on a sweltering hot day. There’s a Louisa Coffee on the first floor and a Family Mart as well. Dozens of dining options nearby including street food outside the rear entrance. I didn’t drive but there is a parking garage in the basement too. "
"Was good in executive room. But the hair dryer wasn’t prepared, and when I asked, they tried to say they have it n guide me to find it. Since I’ve been staying this hotel quite often (3 months once) I told them was not there, 2 times, then they said they will deliver but they didn’t so I called again. I think it’s ok to miss out sometimes but when called, should send right away, as customer already lost patient when the hair is wet and couldn’t find the dryer.
The good thing of staying often compare with many other hotels in town is bcoz this hotel has individual air-con, can switch off and can adjust. Sound proof, and room has window. The bed n mattress is good. Location is good. Often has some hotel which pic of room looks nice but the building itself looks very unsafe, don’t have sound proof at all and super cold n dry in the room due to centralized conditioning. Value to the money. Just this time wasn’t pleasant. "
"I had a fantastic stay at Nikko Hotel with my partner for a special birthday getaway. The hotel went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary room upgrade and even surprised us with a birthday cake in the evening. Their thoughtfulness and warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable and special. We’re so grateful for the kind gesture and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place that genuinely cares about its guests."
