My family and I stayed for 3 nights at the Shangri La Far Eastern hotel from September 18-21 in rooms 1915 and 1907. Our stay was average but could be better. There was a long strand of hair that were not ours in one of the clean towels and on our last night, we spotted and had to kill a roach that were in our bathroom (room 1907). Both discoveries made my family and I feel very discouraged by the comfortness and cleanliness standards that the Shangri La should provide.

All the staff were nice and kind. Room dining was excellent. Just the pool close too early so we didn’t have time to access. And also the view from the bathtub wasn’t good.

The stay is excellent, friendly and helpful customer service. One thing could be better if the brightness of the room could be brighter it is very dim wish the brightness could be adjust to suits different situation

期待には満たなかった
以下の理由により期待はずれ。 部屋は広かったが、湿気臭(カビ臭い)が気になって、快適には過ごせなかった。部屋に置いてあったウェルカムパイナップルケーキは消費期限が間近なものだった。ネスプレッソマシーンは事前にお湯を流してすすいだところ、茶色い汚れが出てきて汚かった。 サービスは至って普通。
