The bedding is good and comfortable. Shower is walking-in and big enough for comfortable shower. It is located right at Ximen subway station. For improvement, they shower have facial tissue paper inside the bathroom. In general I would recommend his hotel.

This was the perfect hotel for my stay in Taipei. Located in a popular area right on top of a subway station entrance, this hotel is very well connected both by walking and by subway. The rooms are so spacious and are well cleaned.

first visit to Taiwan and this was just a fantastic place. Gorgeous modern rooms. And right in the heart of old Taipei with fantastic local Restaurants and parks. And fascinating places to walk around. What a gem and what a great great place to stay and right across the street from a bustling night market. Love the generous size of the room. 7-11 is next door, subway in front of entrance and Ximending across the road. Suggestion: hand soap in the toilet. Microwave in the dining area (maybe I didn't see it?) Dissatisfaction: no view. Facilities like washer dryer microwave are on a different floor than reception which is inconvenient when you need change to operate the machines as credit card payment was broken. No gym.

Facility is very new. They have the room lighting controls concentrated on a panel. Self-service laundry is very convenient although the payment panel wasn’t always working correctly but they fixed it timely. Very good location (西門町) and subway station right downstairs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, comfortable, modern, well located close to the train station, convenience stores, food and the lovely Ximending area. Check in and check out was very easy. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms are very well appontined with everything you need and more, with lots of thoughtful touches. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Taipei!
