Mall opens during the day below the hotel and is a good shortcut to the MRT, shopping, and food court. Staff are gracious and detail-oriented. "Hotel was great. Clean, nice sized room, fridge, bottled water coffee tea. Good comfortable bed, little balcony. Breakfast was good even for someone from the US. Area not a lot but 7-11 next door which you can get good food. The MRT was a 5 min walk. All and all great place I would definitely stay there again "
"Second time staying at this hotel. Location is great, close to the subway station and many great eateries. Room is quiet and comfortable. Only suggestion is to increase internet speed because it looks like all hotel guests share the same connection, thus in the evening when everyone is back the speed can drop substantially. "
"We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour. "
