"Pretty underwhelming hotel with service levels below what I expect in Asia. "

"The location is good with the hot spring pool and clean room. But as it is weekday the hot spring pool is not open in the morning."

"Hotel lobby and room has a kind of "mouldy alike" smell. The hotel should consider doing deep cleaning of carpet if not changing them. Thorough check on room's humidity issue as the moldiness could be from it. Parking wise, no issue, surrounding the hotel do not have much, but is a good transit point if going to catch a morning train."

"* Friendly staff, though they are not always available, clean room and facilities, breakfast offered as well as vouchers for 2 free beers from a local bar and 10 minute shoulder massage from a (nice) massage shop a few blocks away. Electric scooters are available for rent from them (Gogoro) through a service called Mober. The scooter reservation process is a bit complicated but I was helped with completing the form online and paying for it at a near by 7 Eleven by a staff member there."
