"The showerroom only have half glass without a door, which caused water spilled out to the wash room. The hotel stated 2 people room but can sleep 3, however there is no facility for a 3rd person to sleep unless it's a dawrf or a little kid that can sleep in a short couch. Other than that, service and location are all pretty good "

"Great, love it. One of the best location, underground connected to Taipei Main Station. Never worry about shopping, foods, & transportation. Room in very good condition. Only 1 small thing, front desk staff could use some smile when answering question or helping guest (me, speaking in English). I think they are too tense. Maybe language barrier problem? But overall, we love this hotel. "

"Pleasent stay overall. AC & wifi improved from my last years stay, significantly. Need to improve on breakfast. Menu & space, undercapacity, overcrowded. And also no AC in elevator, hot inside during summer. But other than that, we love staying in this hotel. "
