1泊で泊まらせて頂きました。 建物自体老朽化していて、中も外の雰囲気と同様老朽化している感じがしました。ですが、木々の中に旅館が建っているため真夏で猛暑日だったに関わらず凄く涼しかったです。ですがビックリしたのが部屋にクーラーが付いていませんでした。フロントにクーラーのある部屋と変えて欲しいと交渉したところ全居室にクーラーは設置していないとの事でした。いくら涼しいと言えどクーラーは付いていてほしかったです。窓を開けて寝ましたが朝方ビックリするほどに冷えました。空調管理が必要だと思います。 一番残念だったのが、凄く楽しみにしていた天然温泉でした。下呂温泉で午前中堪能して午後からは旅館のお風呂も写真では凄くいい感じだったので凄く楽しみにしていたのにいざ入れば浴槽内含め清掃が行き届いていなくて汚なくて5分で出ました。このクオリティはないなと思いました。 旅館の周りにはどこか行く所もなく人もほとんどいない為ゆっくりと時を過ごすと言う意味合いでは良かったです。ですが次に奥飛騨周辺に旅行に行くとなれば別の旅館を探すと思います。 設備の修繕、浴室内の清掃などしっかりしてもらいたいなと言うのが感想です。

感じよくお出迎えをしてもらえましたが、早めの到着もあってか、部屋が少し暑いとのこと、冬は寒冷地であるせいか、エアコンの設備はないようで、日が沈むまでお部屋が暑いのは少し困りました。お風呂に入った後は、汗だくになりました。 今年は、暑さが異常なので致し方なかったのかもしれませんが。朝晩は、窓を開けているととても涼しく快適でした。

駐車場、露天風呂が落ち葉だらけ。 無料Wi-Fiのはずがつながらない。 2食込みだったが、夕食なしと思われており、間に合わせたような夕食で、朝食も残念ながら「手の込んだお料理」といったクチコミとは程遠かった。宿泊者が一組だったせいか、館内の照明がほとんどついておらず、かなり暗かった。このようなご時世で、経営面でかなり苦労されているのだとは想像はできたが、そうだとしても、それなりのもてなしの心は表せたのではないか。泉質はとても良いしいい雰囲気もあるだけに、本当に残念だった。

貸切露天風呂が無料で入れるのが良かった。 温泉の温度が丁度良く、気持ちよく入浴出来た。 夕飯の飛騨牛が美味しく、従業員の方の対応も良く金額以上の満足が得られた。
