"This was unfortunately one of our worst stays in Southeast Asia in over two months of traveling so far. Just about everything was unsatisfactory. The stench from the toilet/bathroom was nauseating and would literally wake you up in the middle of the night it was so strong; there was a HUGE ant problem, to where they were in our bed, in our packs, crawling on us as we use the bathroom, etc.; there was loud noise intermittently throughout the night so that getting more than a few hours of sleep...

"It’s not a hotel. It’s some guy running a scam. He offers converted apartment rooms for rent, but he’s not there so you cannot check in. There’s guards at the front door, but there’s no reception Area or check-in provided. And Hotels.com won’t give you a refund. And the travel insurance doesn’t work."

"I liked the location. About it . I when i booked the room i was supposed to have a balcony and room cleaner daily No coffee or tea available in room. Not clean. No safe in room as described. Or any of the aove. Staff not interested in making a happy stay. Do not revisit."

"I stayed there last month for 3nights. Overall is awesome! Their room is very clean and very comfortable. They also provide useful information that we need to know. The staff very friendly. Their location also easy to reach and easy for the Tuk Tuk pick up. Really recommended for those who really want a clean room with affordable price. The room we get is exactly same with what we are booking."

"The staff were very nice and helpful, as were the other guests. I felt uncomfortable staying here as a woman, especially with my young son. This felt like an old brothel. I've lived in Cambodia for a long time, and my standards are quite low, but this was quite bad. Garbage laying around near our room. The place felt trashy. I will say that the air conditioning worked well and the room had a private bathroom. "

"The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. The rooms were reasonable for the price but very noisy (could hear rooms next door and in hallway) and they had mice running around in the ceilings. Great air conditioning and great location. Restaurant had too many menu choices - they should focus on the dishes they do well like the Amok and Lok Lak."
