"Good self-contained property. There was only a tiny saucepan (in a house that caters for up to 6 people) when we checked in. We contacted the agent, and while it took a bit of negotiation, they organised someone to deliver a bigger saucepan the next day - so top marks for their responsiveness. Imari (and the nearby Okawachiyama Village) is charming, and we used it as a base to explore Hirado. "

"一風変わったホテルだなーと言う印象でしたが、フロントの方は優しく丁寧でフレンドリーな感じを受けたので良かったです 私たちの宿泊した部屋はポットや電子レンジなどもあったので、それを表記しておいていただけると助かったかな… 子供の受験日が悪天候予報で、前乗りのための宿泊先だったので、とりあえず安く、でもゆっくりできる場所を探したので、ベッドなどにこだわりは特にありませんでしたが、温泉♨️に入ることができたのは良かったです 独立したお部屋にそれぞれ1台分の駐車場があったのも荷物が運び込み安くて助かりました お部屋の暖まりが少し悪い感じはしたので、フローリングでも暖かく過ごせるような工夫や持ち込んだ方がいいグッズのお知らせがあると、冬でももっとリラックスして過ごせるのかな?ソファーがないお部屋だったので…"
