"lovely location. breakfast had a huge variety of choices. one small challenge was information. i asked about boat trips, went to the activity desk, who said they weren't running, who sent me back to the front desk, who gave me a bus timetable. every time I asked a question I was handed more paper. this was after a 15 minute long check in where they explained random hotel details. So all we could hear was everyone coming in and out of the hotel, the lockers being opened up to place ones shoes in in the foyer, the cars on the road (our window was on the street).
