"Room was ok. Scruffy (wallpaper hanging off, funny smell etc) but I'm not too bothered about that. The email I received after booking said the front desk was open 6:30 til 22:00. When I arrived at lunch to leave my baggage before check-in (and I emailed ahead to check it was ok) there was nobody there, and no sign saying when someone would be back. I waited around 45mins before eventually going and finding the cleaners who were helpful. I didn't bother trying to leave my bags after checking out....
