Är du ute efter fräscht hotell i lugna omgivningar

Fräsch, rent hotell- Jättelugnt hotellområde både vid stranden och poolen samt omgivningarna. Ingen trängsel utan vissa tider kunde du ha poolen för dig själv, poolområden var jättefina. Tyvärr var det något stenig strand vilket drar ner betyget samt lite dyrt på hotellet. Ät middag och lunch på restaurangerna närmast hotellet, Greens var bäst med familjär känsla och jättegod mat!

Trevlig strandresort

Mycket vänlig personal och med hög servicenivå. Stranden har mycket fin sand och är platt, vilket är trevligt för timslånga promenader. Poolområdena är fina och välskötta. Trädgårdsmiljön är välskött

Top-Hotel in ruhiger Lage direkt am Strand

Sehr sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit freundlichem Service. Bei insgesamt drei Poolanlagen gab es kein "Gerangel" um Sonnenliegen. Beim Frühstück wurden wir ab und zu übersehen, wenn wir uns "ohne Anmeldung" einfach irgendwo hinsetzten. Zimmerservice war perfekt, die Zimmer selbst sehr großzügig. Nur das Gebrumme der Klimaanlage - ohne die es in der Nacht praktisch immer zu heiß wurde - störte etwas.

Mycket fint hotell! Nybyggt och fräscht med alla bekvämligheter. Låg dock lite för avsides cirka 1,5 mil in till Khao Lak. Fanns några restauranger vid stranden som omväxling annars helt öde.

Plads til forbedring

Hotellet har faciliteterne til at være 5 stjerner værdigt men udnytter det desværre ikke. Personalet er søde men der er ingen aktion bag deres “forståelse” for kritik. Rengøring kunne bestemt være bedre på fælles områder samt på værelser, hvor kun det værste tages. Maden på hotellet passer ikke til et 5 stjernet hotel, morgenmaden var fin. Service med pool håndklæder og rengøring af værelser fungerer ikke. Der var store firma arrangementer flere dage hvorfor dele af hotellet var lukket af. Vi har sendt hotellet en generel klage men har intet svar fået. Ingen har autoritet til at yde den ekstra service det kræver, når noget går galt. Man skal være glad for resortet da der ikke er meget i området.

Nice hotel close to the beach

The hotel is new, clean, modern. The staff are amazing! They are really lovely. Around the hotel all over the beach you can find a few local restaurants and massage, where there are delicous fresh juices and Thai food

Amazing resort

We had an amazing 6 days stay at Bengsak Merlin Resort during our 3 weeks stay in Thailand. The resort is brand new and very relaxing - just like the pictures showed on internet. The whole hotel, inkl. rooms are very clean and fresh. The rooms are big, with a very luxourius and spacious bathroom (both shower and bathtub). Towels are being changed twice a day. Internet is working in the whole resort, inkl. beach. Balcony with amazing view towards the beach and pool-area, and aircondition in every room. Good roomservice. Well equipped gym with all you need (and yoga-classes every morning). There are three large pools with poolbar, along with a private beach with sunbeds. Very quiet and relaxing. Food in the resturants is fantastic with a good variation both thai and western cousine, bbq and buffet. The staff are very helpful and serviceminded. Be aware that the area are a bit quiet and far out, so this is the perfect place if you want to have a relaxing holiday. Khao Lak is aproximatly 20 minutes by taxi from the resort. Would love to come back someday, and will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Superbe Magique !!

Wouaw ! Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon ! Nous avions une chambre Deluxe avec accès direct a la piscine. J'appréhendais un peu d'avoir des gens qui se baignent devant ma chambre mais au final il n'y a quasiment jamais personne qui empreinte cette partie là de la piscine. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est parfait. La chambre est immense et la salle de bains aussi, je n'avais jamais eu une salle de bain aussi grande dans une chambre d'hôtel. C'est très propre ! La plage est belle mais peu de transats. Les petits bars en bord de plage juste a coté de l'hôtel sont un régales ! Je regrette cependant le matelas qui est trop dur à mon gout. Autre point négatif, très peu de rangement pour les vêtements, j'ai été obligé de laisser mes habits dans ma valise toute la semaine. La climatisation fait beaucoup trop de bruit ! Nous tenté de la régler mais rien à faire. Mais ce ne sont que des détails qui ne gâchent pas le séjour ! Le seul hic et que l'on se situe assez loin du centre-ville. Il y a cependant 2 navettes gratuites l'après-midi. Pour se rendre à l'hôtel depuis l’Aéroport de Phuket en taxi, nous avons mis 1h30 au lieu d'1h (beaucoup de circulation à 16h) 1800 Bath (parcours du combattant pour trouver moins cher). Bref, un séjour magique !! L’hôtel était loin d’être remplis, attention si il est rempli je pense qu'il y aura trop de monde...
