"I rarely write reviews, but I had to for my stay here at Hotel Royal Victoria, as it truly went above and beyond all of my expectations. I stayed here for almost a week in July 2025, as my wedding took place down the block, at Villa Monastero. The front desk and concierge were so helpful (Nipa and Marco) during my stay. They took care of all the things I couldn't do, such as providing a shuttle for my wedding, assisting my very handicap father, booking taxis back to Milan, reserving dinners, opening the bar past hours for my guests, and letting me use their steamer for my wedding dress and my husband's tuxedo. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. Breakfast with the view is exceptional as well. If I ever come back to Lake Como, I would absolutely stay here again."
