A Midtown Treasure 5 minutes to FSU, Midtown, Downtown FAMU and the Capital

Newly construction townhouse located in the popular area of midtown, Tallahassee. Our home is just a short walk from top rated restaurants and a popular brewery. It is also just across the street from beautiful Lake Ella that has an adorable coffee shop and a great place to visit. It is also just a short drive to Florida State campus, the stadium, FAMU, Capital building and downtown. We welcome well seasoned guest over the age of 25. This home is clean, quiet, and close to everything. We are the left side of the townhome in the image (the white and brown building) Book and enjoy your stay!

3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. The master shower is a walk in with a showerhead as well as a rainhead shower. There is also a half bath downstairs. Downstairs open floor plan with front porch and 2 car attached garage! No Smoking! There is also plenty of street parking available. We do not allow parties. You will love the walking distance to many great restaurants, breweries and Lake Ella.

You will have access to the whole house.

Location! Location! Location!
This was an amazing townhome. Had all the comforts of home. Very clean and spacious with all modern updates. But the best amenity is the closeness to everything, especially the FSU Campus. It is located only 6 min to the FSU Law School and just a bit longer to the main campus. Perfect for our stay. Midtown is a great little area with fun restaurants and even a brewery within walking distance. I will certainly book this home again if we are back in town.

The house was exactly as pictured online. It was a great place for our family to spend the holidays. Open layout downstairs allows for casual hanging out and spacious bedrooms upstairs provided time alone as needed. 10/10 would rent again!

We stayed here for our my daughter’s graduation from FSU. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, we felt right at home. The distance to FSU was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, when I am In Tallahassee.

Everything about this rental is perfect! We stayed for 8 days to watch our daughter perform in the FSU spring musical and it was great! Super convenient location to everything as well as roomy and updated! I would highly recommend and we will hopefully be staying here again soon! Perfect Tallahassee townhome!
Our family stayed for a long weekend and absolutely loved the property! The townhome is new, clean, and beautifully decorated. It is a great size for families or couples traveling together. The location is super easy for getting to Doak Campbell Stadium and central to all of Tallahassee. Amy is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Great Place
A great place to stay, was in town a few days for daughters recital. Location is perfect, short walk to the lake nearby. FSU campus right there, and an hour to the golf coast. Host was great and place was awesome. If ever in Tallahassee again would stay here for sure.

Definitely a Treasure
I recently stayed here with my daughter while she went through sorority recruitment at FSU since she was not able to move into her apartment until later in the week. The home had everything we needed and so much more! It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The home is conveniently located with many places to eat and shop very close by. Amy, the host, provided excellent recommendations for places to eat while we were there and even checked in on us after some bad weather came through the area. I highly recommend a Midtown Treasure. We definitely plan to stay here again!

We came to Tallahassee to visit family bed this was a perfect central location. You can walk to get coffee, run around Lake Ella or walk to dinner. There were plenty of sheets, blankets, towels, cleaning supplies, dishes, etc. Amy was a wonderful host! We will be back!

Dream Vacation Rental
We stayed at Amy's beautiful townhouse during a weekend trip. We were already excited just by the photos of the property, but the actual home surpassed even those expectations! Amy's home is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated with such an attention to detail and well-located to top it off. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room has insanely comfortable furniture and a large TV, the bedrooms had remarkably comfortable beds and the bathrooms even have mini shampoo, conditioner and soap! Amy herself was very sweet, responsive and helpful and gave us recommendations on restaurants/bars within walking distance from the house. I can honestly say I was sad to leave. All in all, it was the perfect place for us to gather, relax and spend quality time together. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!
