Place was nice and clean. They have comp breakfast which we didn’t expect. We arrived a couple hours early. They had rooms available but charged an early arrival of 35.00. If the rooms were vacant I don’t know why as a curiosity they couldn’t just let us check in without the charge. Also I never get this VIP benefit that Expedia always talks about.

I don’t know who started this BOB hotel thing, but they’re doing great! The property is clean, safe, and secluded off the road by a good amount of trees. The beds are very comfortable, pillows are amazing, bathrooms are clean, and the water is high pressure and hot. Checks all the boxes to become one of my favorite hotels, plus it’s just extremely cute! Bonus, it was the cheapest and nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in Tallahassee, I do plan to stay again.

Except for the following reasons I would stay again as the place was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful. I could not get the water hot at sink and shower. It was only lukewarm so I couldn't shower. Outside very bright lights shining directly on window even with dark shade down the light came through the sides of the shade. Thus I didn't sleep well.

Clean hotel with quirky Southwest themed decor and pleasant staff. The rooms are small, but very comfortable. The free breakfast, coffee and snack bars are nice extras. You won't find a better hotel for the value in Tallahassee.

First stay at this property, was very leery due to the price, but very pleasantly surprised. Clean property and friendly hosts (loved the souvenir bag I received!!). Not far from a few eateries and gas stations. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The hotel was unique and felt upscale but yet at an affordable price. Extremely nice size showers, comfortable bed, and it was a great added amenity having laundry onsite. My only suggestion would be larger and heavier bath towels. I hope this chain takes off across the U.S.!

Less than a mile off the interstate with plenty of dining/shopping options. Pleasant staff and equpped with everything a traveler wants. Hot water wasn't hot enough to enjoy a shower.

The rooms and hotel were clean and the employees were super friendly. The location was easy to get to the expressway. The breakfast as bagels, cream cheese, cereal and waffles. coffee, Milk and orange juice. Oranges and apple. I recommend this hotel

Room was small but very efficient with everything needed. Since I had a dog, I requested a first floor room which was accommodated. From our room we had easy access to an outdoor area for pet relief that was well lighted with doggie bags and a trashcan...very well thought out. Breakfast was standard motel fare with the option of upgrades for an additional fee. Very friendly, professional staff. This was a busy place but quiet. Highly recommend for the price!

This hotel was a delight. The front staff member, Cameron, was friendly, personable, and professional. It was obvious that he loved his job. The hotel had a artsy vibe with many interesting pieces of art and a funky vibe in its decorating. The hotel was sparkling clean, had very comfortable beds and a great shower. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Tallahassee.
