Beautiful!
Beautiful views, great fishing, very nice and clean condo! The only con is a lot of steps but if you’re young you won’t mind. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Lovely water and decks!
This property is right on the water at Shell Point beach, usually a very calm,shallow body of water that seems great for fishing and playing with family members. I highly recommend this setting fora retreat of your own, or for a family vacation!

Slice of Heaven!
The perfect slice of heaven. With the water just a few foot steps away from the back door this place has everything you need for a quiet weekend getaway! Dolphins and manatees just 10 yards from the shore, all while, enjoying the view from one of three back decks! Owners were perfect, weekend wete perfect, views were perfect.

Wonderful!
Lovely place to stay. Enjoyed the scenery and not too far of a drive to Tallahassee. Host was very welcoming and helpful. I had left some items behind and host was quick to retrieve the items and work it out for pick up. Townhouse was very clean and it had everything we needed. Thank you, we had a great time!

What a great place! Clean, well stocked and a great little secret part of northern Florida. The owners were so inviting and sweet. Cannot say enough about the attention they give. It was nice to find all the little touches and conveniences. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful and peaceful
Great communication with the property manager. Nicely appointed and supplied. Perfect place for my mom to stay while visiting us nearby. Loved sitting on the bay/gulf front covered decks and watching the surf, birds and boats go out and in. Great spot for families, fishing enthusiasts or a romantic getaway. Enjoyed our time and recommend highly if you don’t want a loud tourist trap.

This was just what we wanted. Very quiet and peaceful. If you're looking to party this is not your place. If you are looking to unwind and slow down, this is the place you want to go. The property was very well stocked. Had plenty of pots and pans for cooking and a grill outside. We will be back.

This is the ideal location for an isolated getaway. The location is right on the Gulf of Mexico , just South of Crawfordville. There is a Public beach within walking distance and there is your own private beach at your "back door". There is a Boat Rental place within easy quick driving range just down the street.. The Condo is well equipped with all the comforts of home. All one needs do is bring in their own food. The fridge and cooking appliances are modern and clean. The bed is comfortable. The place is a nice Home away from Home. The host is very helpful and was able to quickly answer any and all questions that arose. I'd recommend this location for that special intimate escape.

Beach Dreams
Perfectly home for a true beach getaway. Waking up to dolphins swimming by and lets not forget about the millions of stars that you can so brightly at night! House was decorated perfectly and had all the comforts of home plus more. Will definitely stay again!

My stay was Great , but if you’re looking for a white sand beach , this is not the place . But it was cool watching all the fisherman boats come in in the evening, and the sunrise and especially sunsets were beautiful!

What a GEM!
Let me start by saying if you’re looking for a highly commercialized vacation with lots of tourist attractions, activities, restaurants & large crowds, this is NOT your spot. Keep looking. If you enjoy being SUPER close to the water, wildlife watching and exploring, quiet and natural scenery and cooking your meals for your family and eating on one of your multiple decks… this IS the place for you! The beach house is absolutely fabulous with a king bedroom with its own balcony and an additional bedroom with 2 twins on the same floor with 1 full bath. The main level has a half bath, open style kitchen to living room with a fold out couch and another balcony with a patio table and 5 chairs! Yes, we had several meals here when we weren’t grilling and eating on the covered concrete porch area where the owners have beach chairs, a beach blanket, umbrellas and boogie boards stored for guest use. Toni is absolutely wonderful as an owner and is highly responsive and very helpful. We WITHOUT A DOUBT will be back to this EXACT spot! We made forever friends here, got to interact with fiddler crabs, blue crabs, LOTS of hermit crabs, starfish and saw a stingray and dolphins right from our deck. This was an absolute dream and has forever imprinted on our hearts. My husband and I brought with us our 3 teens who also indicated they enjoyed the relaxation. They played frisbee on the beach, floated in the water, played with the wildlife, sunned in the beach chairs, ate on the decks and enjoyed the various media options on television in the evenings. Thank you, Toni, for this opportunity. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Perfect quiet getaway
We were looking for a couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life… I’m happy to say we found it and then some. This place was perfect for us. It’s quiet and right on the water. The views from the living room and bedroom are amazing! If you’re looking to get away from the crazy of life this place is perfect. Looking forward to more lazy days there in the future.

This beachfront getaway was a perfect place to set up camp while visiting our son at FSU for parents weekend. Communication with the property manager was fantastic and the check-in information was perfect to get us settled into this cozy townhouse for the weekend. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops and stainless appliances and the decor is nautical and relaxing. The backsplash design in the bathrooms is especially interesting and well done. The bath towels provided were soft and white and appeared recently replaced. Cons: We found the beds in the place to be uncomfortable and the linens could use updating. The shower head is about a foot too low, the water pressure is poor and the shower curtain situation is wonky and missing several rings. The AC vents are dirty/rusty and we noticed the unit in the upstairs closet to be heavily corroded and full of lint. It’s unnerving to open closets to find them packed with construction materials and other belongings, so a locking door is recommended. The outdoor patio furnishings & decor are understandably corroded from the salt air but in need of some TLC. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to this property and the beachfront accommodations. We host a property ourselves & appreciate hearing both the positive and constructive feedback, so hopefully the information is found informative and useful. Thank you!

Secluded and peaceful property
Shell point beach is a quiet, peaceful area. This up to date unit had enough space for two adults and our two kiddos. The views were spectacular. Take everything you need because the closest place for limited items is the Dollar General. We knew that and prepared accordingly but we did not research well enough and thought there was at least a restaurant at the beach, no fault of the townhome owner though, purely ours. If you’re looking for a private beach getaway to watch for sharks and fish this is the place for you. Bring a fan for the master suite if you’re going in the summer, it gets HOT thanks to the wonderful private deck and large sliding doors facing the water.
