Everytime i visit the red roof inn in Tallahassee. My family as well as myself are treated like family rooms are always clean and the staff is so helpful there's one young lady that stands out shes ALWAYS smiling and in a great mood her name is ivette she's always so nice and helpful and outgoing thank you for treating us like family

The Red Roof Inn is an Overbooked hotel run by an extremely rude, unprofessional and uncaring staff member. NEVER book this hotel period. This is a better hotel It’s clean, roomy and have very polite and helpful front staff and their workers are awesome. First of all we checked in and was given a key to a room someone was already sleeping in and ended up getting the door slammed on me! The man at the counter said oh and gave me another key to another room. The room had broken and missing knobs on the furniture. The bathroom door had been replaced and dirty handprints were all over the door. The bathtub had chips out of it. The toilet lid wad broken off the toilet. Do not stay here!!!
