"We arrived at the property with instructions that the key would be in the letterbox. The property appeared to be derelict and abandoned. Waist high grass, paint peeling on the house, bent and broken fence. There was no key on the letterbox, just a bunch of final notice letters half eaten by snails. Phone number for owner was “unavailable”. Contacted Stayz, we are still awaiting a refund. Locals have since said that they would never recommend this property to anyone and after this experience, neither will we."

"Great location to the Dartmouth Pub for a birthday celebration. The rooms were very clean & had lots of space. Loved the idea of having front & back verandah sitting areas."
