"The neighborhood is poorly lit and does not have many good dining opportunities. If you are using this hotel before catching a morning flight, try to grab dinner elsewhere beforehand. The hotel itself, however, was clean, with a lot of space in the room, and offered a nice breakfast."

"Hotel was convenient and close to the airport for our long layover in Hanoi. Room was large and clean. The real highlights were the pho we had for breakfast, and the kindness of the workers! We used their service to go to and from the airport which was very reasonably priced. When we arrived at the airport to leave, we realized one of our children had left their camera with all the photos from our big family vacation in the hotel room. They were so quick to respond and ran it to the airport for us for free! We were so thankful for their kindness and quick driving getting our kids precious photos back when it was definitely our mistake. "Very friendly and efficient staff. A modest hotel yet it offers most of the amenities you expect, only 5 mins from Noi Ba Airport so it was super convenient for us to catch an early flight. It also has a huge pool on the rooftop along with some lounges with a perfect view of the airport and runway so its a plane buffs paradise."
