The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. "Peter was a great host! He was prompt & fast to answer & when a slight thing came up he sorted it straight away! He was very helpful! It was a nice stay for a couple of nights! The only thing I will say is if you’re staying there - it’s in a building marked “leopard rock” if you’re coming up the hill! & the first key box you get the code to is a little black box just on the inside of the green gate - below where you put the key! "Just returned from a wonderful stay at Las Caracolas in Puerto Mogán. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and marina. Communication from the owner, Tino was great. We hired a car for the week and parked in the underground car park for the week on Tino’s suggestion @ €45 for the week. Bear in mind if you have an early flight back the car park doesn’t open till 8am. We just found a free overnight space on the street for our last night. We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. We had a terrible start of our holiday, if you travel with families be mindful in the area there is brothels and bars open until late with dodgy people starring. I wouldn’t...

The 'pool bar' advertised has been derelict for 3 years. The 'shop' advertised has been derelict for 3 years. "From booking to check out Kelly made everything so easy. Airport transfer organised & was 1st class. Met at apartment & shown around, everything explained clearly. Apartment is excellent with everything we needed to make our holiday very relaxing. Pool at apartment lovely & so quiet that we pretty much had it to ourselves for 10 days. 2 mins walk from beach, supermarket, shops, cafes & bars. Mogan is a lovely town & would recommend a visit. "
