"Overall it has been nothing short of comfortable and lovely stay at Royale Chulan Damansara. I have been a returning guest for many years. The hotel property has shown signs of aging but nevertheless I believe have strived always to keep up with it's service and hospitality every way it can which is achievable only by excellent team of staffs. "Security guard at the front of the hotel 24/7 Clean rooms Great Air Conditioning Room was a bit on the small side, but managable. No shower door meaning half of the bathroom was wet when coming out from the shower. Decent location with a number of eateries just across the room. Will stay again when we are next in the area."

"The first assigned room had smell, dampness and mould smell, Hotel staff changed our room and sprayed. room size was OK, Hotel check-in was 3pm but rooms were not ready when we arrived at 6pm. Hotel staff compensated with free breakfast and late check-out which was a nice gesture. Hotel is going to have a major renovation soon so beware before you book."
